    So true :(

    There is always 2 sides to a story and I truly believe that the ugly quotes he came out with in his unveiling interviews were down to us having a big hand in him leaving.

    E.g. Chelsea say we will give you 50 million quid for Torres and we think we have seen the best out of him so convince him it's right for both parties

    Torres was once a great, I feel sorry for the fans who abuse him. It's not his fault we sold him. LFC treated him like dirt. By the way, we bought Suarez knowing we would sell Torres.

    50mil = 20 mil too much. we handed that 20 mil stright to newcastle... they finished above us i nthe elague on the basis of that 20mil.... we spent that on downing again and now have no money.

    at least someone got value for money out of ambramoviches stupid fees.... scandalous it was not us but at least we (i hope) sacked those who wasted the one off chance to spend moeny to get top 4 due to how bad they wasted it.

    now we've only youth to look to to hope we build a side out of and if that fails........

    torres can look at his fa cup medal with sub on it and his cl medal with sub on it and say he really acheived in his own little head. legend of the game and all that with all those international medals and club medals now eh? only one won as a first team player but that don't matter legends does it?

    I thought we bought him to play along side Torres? He whinged that we weren't buying anyone to help him out so we get Suarez in. So then he decides to leave. C*nt. Agger gave him what he deserved I reckon.

    My opinion may have wavered over the years but my current thought is.

    I don't hate Torres, I hate how he left the club. I don't blame him as much anymore though.

    If Torres could be as good again as he once was, I'd be happy to see him in red again.

    He is DEFINATELY not Michael Owen.
