Bristol Rovers manager John Ward told BBC Radio Bristol:
"There are five or six that could still be relegated and Torquay are one of them. We have been through all that and fortunately for us we got ours sorted out early. We expect a tough game, with a big following from the home crowd, but also a big following from us, it is a proper game and we have to be right. Hopefully my players can free up and play and enjoy it, but we have to give a good account of ourselves. Judging from the performance last Saturday against Accrington, perhaps one or two of the younger boys have found the last little bit hard going. We have got to do as best as we can at Torquay – there are a lot of other football clubs relying on us. We did the best could against Accrington but I think it was a stage two far for one or two of the younger guys. Hopefully we can pick up the energy this weekend and give a good account of ourselves; one because we have to it is our job, and the other things is we have sold 1,500 away tickets and they do not want to waste the money on a journey. I will be rallying the troops for one last big effort and hope we can finish on a high."
