Swords. Forget Warnock if you will. What about giving us your verdict on the rest?

Like I said on another thread: What top manager, one with class and self-respect, would allow this circus to develop around him and continue in his position? Whether he's stalling for a payoff or not is immaterial because frankly, that should not come into play considering the disgraceful actions of the current regime.

QPAAA raised this already and it can't be dismissed. How many of us thought of COLIN as a man of integrity before he joined us? I didn't. I thought he was a foul, crass cheat with a big mouth and an unproven record. Maybe he is more "in" with the crooks than any of us would like to believe.

I'll reserve my judgement on this one.

I see where you're coming from. But, can you afford to walk away from your job at the drop of a hat? I know I couldn't!

Anyway, why should he? He's done nothing wrong. If anything, he deserves a medal for putting up with the crap he's had to thus far. I saw a quote from him this morning saying he was having to do this on a shoestring. Bosman's, freebies & loans, what a way to have to prepare for life in the toughest league in the world!

If Warnock knows that this is his last shot at the Premier League, would you really expect him to walk? Forget all the monitory issues, he has built a team (undoubtedly not the one he wants for the Premier league, but still his team), why would he choose to let someone else manage them?

I was as anti-Warnock as anyone when he joined, but he has won me over. Sure, he won’t be the jolly chap we saw last year, when everything is going wrong this year, but he will be doing all he can to succeed.

In my opinion he would be a lesser man if he walked out on his team because of what is going on off the field. He is fighting for his team as best he can, and supporting them to his utmost. He can’t stop the circus, it is happening at a higher level, but what self respecting manager would walk away from his team under those circumstances?
