A review of TOP SIX POINTS ENTRIES just for info.

As expected the most popular 6 top teams were: Newcastle, Norwich, Derby, Brighton, Sheff W and Aston V (but only 4 fans have the same top 6 as their choices)

18 different teams nominated for top 6 place with only 1 nomimation for Brentford, Blackburn and Barnsley.

No nominations for Bristol C, Burton, Fulham, Nottm F, Reading and Rotherham <cry>

Highest team points prediction was 118 for Newcastle ??? (good luck with that one !) <yikes>

The 3 highest total points for the 6 teams were, 537, 524, and 522 (top heavy points ??)
The total points for top 6 teams over last 6 years has ranged from a low of 458 to a high 506 The average is around 490 pts.

Thanks for the entries. First update on projected points will be after about 5 or 6 games.

FIRST UPDATE of this years game.

Note that the totals will be way above what is likely by end of season. After about 12 games the trend will give a more accurate picture.
But LufcGermany takes the lead, for now....

Updates every 2 games throughout the season to see how you doing ....OR NOT !!

Points table updated after 11 games. Aston V and Cardiff causing poor totals so far.
Leeds have picked up a bit lately so fans who had them in the top 6 are moving up the table.

Highest placed so far is 11th with Middlesexwhite

Points table updated after 14 games, around a third of the way through the season.

The leader, Captainchaos could score much lower IF Aston Villa get their act together (24pt loss for him)

Some improvement from Leeds has seen a few Leeds fans move nearer the top.
Middlesexwhite still improving and now up to 5th

It is surprising to see Ringo down at the bottom as he is a previous winner of the game.[/QUOTE]

Villa.Wolves and Derby are letting me down badly at the moment, all of whom i expect to storm up the table over the course of the season.<cheers>
