What a great night wycombe win away to the league leaders and the Woolwich nomads lose 3-1 to Swansea
Started drinking at 9 bloody hell they were flying down after they made it 3-2. This could be a late night but i'll worry about the hangover in the morning
I must admit had a few beers and a couple of rums listening to that .a great effort from the blues and a fantastic result
If your players are like you supporters no wonder they lie down a lot. That was a long game wasn't it. Was watching on the beeb football site a was half expecting the "GOAL" symbol to come up at the death. Second..................
After seeing the score was 2-0 then 2-1 turned off the football too much for me what a night the players will be lucky if they had any sleep last night must be as high as kites this morning. There is life in the older strikers.
Cracking match last night and grateful to have seen it. It’s games like that, that give you such a buzz and make up for some of those miserable results. Some funny moments too with the Luton fans singing ‘is this all you bring away’ - yeah, because that’s all the allocation you gave us - numpties! Onwards and upwards to Carlisle at home on Saturday. I hope we can back this up with another win as it’s way too tight to call at the top
Great game with outstanding performances all of the players really put in a shift Scott Brown who made some great saves and Tyson who took his goals well were immense the Hatters kept the Beast quiet by holding him down and the ref either turned a blind eye or gave a foul against him I was pleased with Thompson when he came on for his debut looks useful Beano's days could be numbered hope Tafi recovers from his head injury by Saturday he had treatment and was subbed but stayed on the bench and joined in with the celebrations at the end great evening looking forward to Saturday when we need to be just as professional
Exeter away to Luton Saturday. Looks like a draw which would be better than Exeter winning (I think) Next Saturday (after Carlisle) we have Exeter away and then, the following Tuesday, Swindon at home. Very interesting Potentially we could be just 5 (or 6) points behind Luton with a game in hand on Saturday night. Oh how sweet a win at Exeter would then be on Tuesday. 2 very hard games in 4 days then another against Swindon (making it 3 very hard games in 8 days) could be too much to ask
