I don't mind the new top gear, if I could change anything it would be to ditch Evans and have Sabine as co host.
I agree, it's not as bad as some are making it out to be. Matt Leblanc is growing into the roll and we need to see more Sabine.
After the first show I thought they had killed the show, it got better from that low, but Evans is still the weakest link. Sabine is good, but I don't think she's quite show fronting good. As I said on the "what are you watching thread" I think they needed ready made chemistry like Nick Frost and Simon Pegg. Whilst I actually think Matt Leblanc is quite good, you need hosts that bounce off one another and whilst it'e early days, there is no chemistry whatsoever between him and Evans(This maybe because Evans sucks!). The bit with the guests where they go through their car history is slow and painfully drawn out. But the feature with the 4x4 in Africa was pretty good.

No! It's my opinion which I'm entitled to, unless you're in the Canary Dave camp of course, in which case no one else is allowed to have an opinion which he doesn't concur with as it might cause a debate, heaven forbid!

You could try the "Extra Gear" spin-off, they managed to keep Evans off it for the first two episodes, and all he did in the third was burst into tears. It's not a perfect show, but it's got some interesting material.
NO, haven't said that at all, it just seems that you can't have a debate without it turning into slaps.
