What were we actually discussing on this thread again?

I believe theirs more of a chance of 4th now moreso than pre-season or even after 5 games.

Not just because were gradually improving and we have what I expect to be a good January to come, but because the clubs going for 4th haven't been great either and very inconsistent. WBA look the best on form and most likely, ut everybody just assumes (which is a risky thing to do) that, like Newcastle last season, their going to fade away any week now.

Arsenal, Spurs, Newcastle and Everton are all inconsistent and dropping a fair amount of points lately too, so who'll get it I couldn't say.

My favourites are, far away to me, Arsenal for all the obvious reasons, however how everyone gets on in January could be a huge decider in where these clubs finish.

How many Everton fans does it take to derail a thread?*

hahahaha, that's fantastic mate. So me daring to challenge the thought process of a few reds on a football forum makes me representative of all that is bad in humanity? Hilarious stuff coming from the man who repeatedly asked me to perform oral sex on him, on a footie forum, you're priceless lad.

Uneducated? nope wrong again & as for you looking down on me & me being a peasant? hahaha, your funniest yet daft lad. You'd piss your kecks if you saw my lifestyle, you dopey get.

I have no intention of seeing you or the lifestyle you lead. And yes - you are uneducated. Why? Because I said so. I don't need to provide you with any justifiable explanation as to why I have come to this conclusion. Good day to you sir.

My being educated or not, is not a matter of subjective opinion, it's factual. Either I've bounced out of the education system or I've gone on to get a degree..................whatever you 'say' is irrelevant to the facts. Not the sharpest tool in the shed are you lad?

That's fair enough, Dave. I've never had a problem with Shogun.

He has, although, claimed previously that TB is his 'bitch'. Never speak to the monkey ... etc. <ok>

Haven't read all the comments but I can pretty much guess it'll all the United fans ****ing and laughing it off.

If Liverpool sign a striker and a combative midfielder they can get top 4. As good as Suarez has been he will run out of steam eventually.

4th will be contended between Arsenal, Everton and one other team which I think will be Liverpool.

This is the best chance Liverpool will get because others won't be as weak next season.

Some Liverpool fans have been laughing it off too in fairness and I can see why. We'll need excellent signings in Jan to get anywhere near and our recent record suggests we aren't particularly adept at making great signings that hit the ground running. We've two tricky away games coming up and bad results in both could see us fall apart confidence wise. Two good results however and we then have a run of fixtures that look much more winnable.

I'm not so sure about Suarez running out of steam though, Van P carried Arsenal to third almost single handed last year. I worry more that he'll do something mental and get suspended again <laugh>.

I don't mind Carra talking us up but I take it with a pinch of salt personally. Lots of work needed before we even start to look anywhere above where we finished last year nevermind top four.
