I don't agree that PL teams should be able to sell their own TV rights in England as it needs to be evenly shared around to help keep competition up, which in turn keeps people interested, which then keep all the revenue up. However selling your own TV rights abroad wouldn't be a terrible idea. Think Ayre mentioned it a while ago and got slated but teams like Fulham, West Brom etc with no disrespect to them, don't attract a tv audience abroad yet still get a share of the money.
