Top scorer , runs his ass off to hurry defenders & defends our box better than just about anybody .... Not having Graham on the list is as much a travesty as not having Dyer , although I can see it bodes well for your long standing battle to dis Graham 99 ... I'd wouldn't even want to hazard a guess where we would be without Graham' s input
Dai, has Danny Graham upset you? Did he not acknowledge you, has he cut you up in the car? You clearly have a dislike to Danny when all he has done is given 100% all season for the TEAM. I do think you are forgetting something though. We, Swansea, operate and play as an 11. We do not base our play on individuals. That means every player has a job of pulling in defenders/midfielders and creating the space for our other players. When we do press up the field, we usually have 4 or 5 players in the attack and not just the striker. Hence why Danny Graham finds himself out of the 18 yards box, usually with the ball at his feet trying to create the space for the others to pile in and recieve a pass. So, I repeat, we play as a team. Danny Graham is our top scorer, but he has also created goals (Do you honestly thin SIggy would have scored some of the goals he has if DG hadn't pulled the defender out of position?). Please remember, he isn't Rooney nor Van Persie, but I can tell you that they wouldn't be loads betterplaying the position Danny does. So as a Swansea fan, I think you need to be a little more grateful that he's contributed the way he has this season!!!
Wasting your breath, mate. When he takes against someone there's no going back! We may not agree with this list - I don't. But my choice of the given names: 1: Siggy. Played half a season but his contribution has probably kept us up. He's that important. USEFUL TIP: WE NEED TO BUY HIM! 2: Vorm. Has a Dorus-like inability to command his own area but his pen saves and general shot-stopping have had the same effect as Siggy. Points. USEFUL TIP: MUST WORK ON DEALING WITH CROSSES AND COMMANDING YOUR AREA! 3: Caulker: Rarely has a bad game. Commanding at the back and has recently looked more 'together' than Williams. USEFUL TIP: COME BACK ON LOAN FOR ANOTHER SEASON PLEASE! 4: Britton: Yes he's muscled off at times but how can you ignore the man's stats? Breaks up play and distributes accurately. Xavi? Pah! USEFUL TIP: GET SOME UPPER BODY STRENGTH, LEON! 5: Allen: Has shown flashes of what he can do and can be brilliant but is still inconsistent for me and often slows play down with a pass back a la Gomez. USEFUL TIP: GET FORWARD MORE, GET FORWARD QUICKER AND WORK ON YOUR SHOOTING! 6: Williams: Fantastic pre February but has trailed off dreadfully. His failure to close down and leaving space has cost us in recent games like it or not. USEFUL TIP: CONCENTRATE FOR THE WHOLE SEASON NOT JUST HALF OF IT!
Vorm Williams Caulker Britton Allen Siggy (1/2 a season) or i would have siggy at the top if noone cares he has played half a seson must also add why graham and dyer are not included, would have had both of them before allen and britton

I'd wouldn't even want to hazard a guess where we would be without Graham' s input the panel agrees with me...a striker as poor as danny is not worth considering....spot on.. to many waste chances and too many barren games im afraid.....maybe next season he will be better thats if he gets a chance....
A striker as poor as Danny he is in the top scorers list and is our top scorer, he has an impact on games he plays and is instrumental in the match. I would like to know how you come to your conclusions when you very rarely see the team play.
He's 'Swansea's Number One Fan' according to him. Like a dog with a ****ing bone he is. As soon as he gets his teeth into someone he won't let go. I note that some of his posts were very close to kick off time last week so I doubt he was there as well. Perhaps he'd gone to Tenby again. Danny's contribution has been more than decent considering he's had very limited Prem experience before this season. His movement and work rate can't be faulted imo. More goals will come and to dismiss him as 'not good enough' is not just harsh but very very wrong. If he scores this weekend it'll be 'well it's only Bolton' from our resident troll. Mark my words. He needs to get it into his head that to sign a striker that doesn't have barren patches is nigh on impossible and to sign a double-figure striker at this level would have cost us a lot more than a paltry £3.5M even if he was our record signing. To my mind Danny's been great value and will only improve.
one thing i do like about Graham is that he isnt afraid to get back and defend as Cracker has mentioned, you dont see many lone strikers doing that.
Exactly. I give up with dai, he blatantly dislikes Danny and how anybody can dislike one of our own so much is beyond me.
it's surprising some have'nt made the list but, that's life. for me it's gotta be vorm, the guy has been awsome for us this season, for a new keeper to come in to a new team in a different country and keep 13 clean sheets and countless outstanding saves is sheer quality(in one of the toughest leagues in the world), only the two manchester clubs have more clean sheets. ash, caulks, britton and allen have all had excellent seasons but have done nothing that stands out, siggy has been out of this world, if we had him from the start, who knows where we'd be now.
sorry guys but a striker is there to score goals and however much you try to defend him his barren games states the facts. its as clear cut as that, i dont want a striker who defends thats not his job. his job is to lose his marker and get into positions where he can do his job...who wants a striker so poor he is on his 9th game without a goal. thank god we have a midfielder who is putting him to shame......and you wonder why he is not in the top 6.. do me a favour you have to do your job first, nothing to do with hating him at all. i could not care who was the striker....facts are facts im afraid and you cant argue with that however much you try to....danny himself is worried about his lack of goals according to the post. so he is in agreement with me that its unacceptable......i tell you what i did earlier ..i stuck £20 on danny to score against bolton as even with law of averages he must score sometime and i want him to score so much for his sake than for my £20 ......good luck to him as he cant afford another barran game....
Superswan, you are not making any sense, how do you expect a mid table team to have goal scorer in the top 6 ? he has scored ten goals in the premier league, and has 3 assists and has been a rock for us. As someone who doesn't go to games or very few at the most, I don't think you are in a position to comment on it in such a way, you are just arguing for the sake of it.
no i am not...i am stating facts and you are defending a striker on his 9th game without a single goal..
a better game going forward for danny but lets be honest here he missed two easy sitters again the even Federico Bessone would have buried.....lack of his goal power is costing us points in the long run and we could easily have been in the top ten ages ago and challenging for a european spot.....It no good running your socks off and being the teams main striker if you cant score on a regular basis and when you do get into a goal scoring position you cant score....do you honestly think he will be our number one striker next season......because i dont..not with that form.....nobody is saying he should score every game but come on this is a joke for a main striker.....
