Never. She doesn't like 'long films', she's seen it but just not with me.

She likes really, really crap films, like rom coms, I'm highly unlucky in that aspect of my relationship!

Aussie's massively outplayed India - Dhoni was the last hope (love watching him bat - seen him a few times over here and he is a joy to watch) - hope you lot win it but I think between Aussies, NZ and South Africa they are definitely the three best in the 50 over format - will be staying up watching the final.

I think you'll hammer us in the ashes too sadly!!

Not many on here like cricket - but, as you know, I certainly do (think @Wembley Cest does too IIRC)

I don;t know if I'm looking forward to the ashes - I just think we are currently nowhere near the level of play that your lot are. Cook has been an idiot with his comments in the aftermath of the WC - he was playing crap so was correctly dropped from ODI - and he comes out with smarmy comments - Pieterson is a twat - but he is by far the best batsman we've got - highest average in the last ashes and he was the only batsman dropped! May make a difference having Trott back - I enjoy watching Durham more than England TBH. Much the same as football - my club comes first!! Although I do still enjoy watching England play cricket - whereas I can;t bring myself to get excited about the national football team!!

 

@Wembley Cest likes cricket? Good on him, makes sense ey what a top bloke! One thing I've learnt from the ashes over the years is past form means nothing... The fact it's on your turf makes me nervous, all the pressure is on us. Kp deserves to be there and trott is a fine player I hope he plays.. Like yourself I love my sports, Melbourne storm (nrl) qld state of origin, Gold Coast suns (afl) San Antonio spurs nba & of course last but not least SAFC
