Hmm, everyone has their opinion and I can see Zizou being a head of Ronaldinho because he has won everything that Dinho has but sustained, but I think the Messi factor could also be the now in terms of the last two years he has been incredible ( he was before that but really exploded the last two). Just like I will look back and talk of the Ronaldo fenomeno, Ronaldinho, Zizou, Henry, etc the new generation will talk of C Ronaldo and Messi. You gotta remember to though, Ronaldinho was doing this for Brazil, Gremio, and PSG before he even got to Barca. Barca was just when everyone saw who he was and how incredible he was. He didn't make the move to Barca until after the 02 world cup and everyone saw how awesome he was there, and were probably wondering where the hell he came from. Again, this will go round and round as difference in opinion and maybe difference in generations as what you saw in your time. I can go back to the days of George Weah, Romario, Baggio but many wouldn't know the early 90's and they were incredible as well.
Pfft. Firstly it's people I've seen play, secondly I always feel Iniesta is under-rated. Meh, that's not the list I care about anyway. Notice there's no dispute with my second list of footballing Gods!
Have you seen what John O'Shea and David May won for Man U ?? that kind of blows that argument out of the water fella !!
Yes, they both won world cup and world players of the year as well didn't they? Players are judged on what they have won, that is the truth though. Many players leave clubs and move on because they want to win trophies, it is a big base of how players view their accomplishments and fans alike. I agreed that he didn't sustain it but 02-07 ( early 07) were Ronaldinho's bright years. Some just can't lay off the nighlife, the lavish lifestyle, the party, the women, etc.
You forgot to add that sticky icky, that lite lite green, left handed cigs, wacky tacky, ganj, hash, the medicinal remedie for cataracs...
Firstly i highly doubt you've performed as maradona, and secondly scroll up i said it before that post so thats completely irrelevent, i just coulndt be ****ed to repeat myself. By top player, i mainly mean who i prefer to watch and whos done the lot and won the lot, and while ronaldinho was at his best ( two or so seasons ) he was absolutly class.
