    Despite all the anxiety here and on other boards, I'll tell you what going to happen:

    Within 15 minutes, LFC City and Arsenal all score the first goal. Everyone settles down and the top of league stays as is. And we all wonder what the fuss was all about...:)

    It could happen.

    The argument that they have more points that last year has already been trotted out.
    They are underdogs for fa cup but could well win it. Its not likey they dont have top players

    I could certainly see them argue fa cup is success and were just unlucky innleague and showed character

    You can really tell the season is over and this is only story going this weekend.

    This play off is never happening. It would be a bizzarely occurance just to have lfc and city in it.

    If lfc are in it arsenal cannot be.

    Most likely outcome is 3 wins

    Next most likely is lfc screw the pooch and end up 5th. Others win.

    The next would be couple of draws and lfc sneaking in 3rd.

    It couldoes even be arsenal and lfc draw and we end up 4th.

    The requirements for a play off with city and lfc are crazy... so it's really sky having nothing to talk about

    We are the architect of our own position. There was a time we had the opportunity of catching up with Tottenham. We never took it.
    We also had the opportunity of opening up unassailable gap between City/Arsenal, we never took it.

    You could also say Arsenal and City had the opportunity to over take you (as did United) many times and never took it. The fact is you have been slightly less ****e than others over the course of the season and it is now all down to one game.
