    Interesting debate:

    1. Spurs don't pay well... I mean ok its great money but compared to big clubs the pay is not good. Kane as a top top prem striker over 3 years to be on 120k is low.

    2. Spurs are at wembley and could lose home fortress

    3. Spurs have 3/4 players being targetted by big clubs

    4. City, utd.. they will spend a fortune this summer. arseane lmight or might not improve under new manager. chesela will spend. Can LFC catch them?

    but

    1. Levy is a mean **** who won't sell unless mad money is given

    2. spurs have taken their wembly knows now as its all home games they will get used to it

    3. No international tournament so they can rest

    4. they can spend big this summer

    5. Poch is not under threat of paoching this summer imo

Overall.... I think even if some things go against them at wembley or in squad the question is which 4 teams will be better than them? Cheslea, utd, City ok.... arsenal? not sure about that... LFC..... we might as we have the stability but we have a LOT to do to improve even with klopp and all important players being fit

It will be VERY competitive next year IMO.

    GOING TO THE WIRE.
    Top two settled.
    3. Currently occupied by Manchester city
21 May Away to Wtford. Curent Points 75 .Goal difference 36
    4.Currently occupied by Liverpool.
21 May Home to Middlesbrough. Current Points 73. Goal difference 33
    5. Currently occupied by Arsenal.
    21. May Home to Everton. Current Points 72. Goal difference 31.
For Liverpool to come 3rd Manchester city have to lose or draw and Liverpool have to beat Middlebrough
by at least three goals, they can go through on head to head
For Arsenal to come 4th , they have to beat Everton, and Liverpool fails to win against Middlebrough.

    Any 2 from three

    Becoming intriguing

Its not really 2 from 3.

The maths say ok but city have to lose for arsenal to catch them on gd.

Thats unlikely. Not inpossible but unlikely.

Its really going to be a goal fest. If city draw or lose both lfc and arsenal need to absolutely hammer their opponents.

City judt need a 1-0 win...

Lfc would take that right noe if offered.

Arsenal need a big favour off everton.

Watford are good at home, they were unbeaten until we beat them. They might provide a stiff test for city.

For me it is really simple.

first and foremost, we just have to win. That guarantees 4th. Once we've secured that, then we can think of goal difference and 3rd. And it will take City to draw + we score =or >3 or City to lose for us to move into third.

Squeaky Bum time happens if we are drawing or losing. Then we are looking at Everton to do us a favour. They have to match our result for us to go through.

Everton to do us a favour?. I am not counting on it. We have to do our own job because we have make it hard on ourselves. Doing
it the hard way is the language.

4th is the most likely outcome now imo, but its conceivable we could put 3 or 4 past Boro. Citeh away at Watford?.......hmmm........if Watford play like
they did v Chelsea then you never know. Its going to be nervy <laugh>

It may be a problem for Spurs. It is the national stadium, every premiership club is going to feel at home.

You are allowed to lose this game 1-0, only if the Goons draw their game. :)

Any final day match result permutation occurring that means the Goons
finish 5th is quite acceptable to me. :)

If the game on Sunday for the top four fighters are like this:
    Liverpool VS Arsenal
    Manchester city VS Chelsea.
Armchair fans may need to have their blood pressure tablets nearby.
