    Not bad marra..I've just about recovered now from a pretty nasty cycle crash I had the other week, which left me in a hell of a lot of pain and badly bruised, but thankfully no breaks..
    No laughing mind..<grr>

    Stop with all these wheely spoketacular jokes, I'm getting tyred from all the laughing. He does need to get a grip on things, you know, get geared up to handle things better. He is so cranky. Maybe its the shock from having to fork out for legal aid. That's what you get when you go rimming the relatives.

    More of a mechanical failure with my front brakes popping off as I was on a steep off-road bank which resulted in me doing the splits and cracking my knee and upper thigh off the ground...
    On the bright side it was very early on a weekend morning so there was no one around to witness it..
