6 goals in 7 games for Perez now. He's improved this season after I think a lot of us had him written off. You'd want better for next season but he'd definitely be a good squad player.

He’s getting better and better. He’s still 24 so has time to develop. If we could just get a solid striker next to him. To be fair gaylemplayed quite well today. Thought the back 4 (5 if you include Dubravka) played so well as a unit today - tackled, tracked, blocked, covered each other every time - this is why Mbemba doesn't get a game - couldn't see him being able to be so disciplined for the whole game
I'd like us to sign a better option for the number 10 but also think there is more to come from Perez. I think he needs genuine competition to keep him on his toes and ensure he kicks on. Also have a feeling his perfomances could move up several notches in response to having better attacking players around him in a match.
