Eddies subs always have a negative impact. Even with a strong bench. He creates anxiety for no reason. We where in complete control until the 64th minute and then he sent on two terrible footballers.
Tbf Woltemade has scored and not been injured so in that sense Howe got it right. But I cannot stand watching Barnes and Trippier game after game. Stats say three clean sheets and pope wasn’t too bad for a change but we can be so much better than this.
A wins a win. And it’s thus important not to concede today. That second half wasn’t pretty.

Why? You do realise the managers are playing the real version.
We won, no new injuries, Nick W scored on debut and Howe is starting to learn to take players off before they get too fatigued.

It was not a convincing win. That’s all I am going to say.
We needed that second goal to make it a little bit more controlled.
But a win is a win.
All most people care about is results, but I think some people like entertainment and less game management, that's all.
Nobody is complaining about the win it was much needed, but it was incredibly dull to watch and changes all about the next game.
It's sadly the way the games gone and we're going to get this more and more now the team doesn't pick itself.
I can actually now understand big 6 fans complaining about things because they have had this for decades....a window into their world without the success.
I think it’s a good point what you’re saying. Eddies kind of knew to this and he’s never had a good squad.
So I think we will see more of this this season.
That second half was a hard watch mind.
I think Barnes is the weakest link now.
I think Burn is our most important player.
It's all about game plans and next week unfortunately. The game was about entertainment and players having fun but sadly now it's all about money and people keeping their jobs.
