I'm not totally disagreeing with you... I think as a destructive force, we'd be stronger with Longstaff dropping in, but I'd happily drop Anderson in with Barnes or Gordon LW. I think he will probably bung Longstaff in and keep that as essentially the only change to the starting line up, but I'd prefer to see him make a more attacking change for the dippers at home. Nice to see MacAllister sent off for a soft challenge at the weekend.
Well, you'd imagine so, but with us up next it's almost a guarantee. Quality of referring, so far, seems almost inexplicably worse that last year. How they can get it so wrong is a mystery to me.

Let’s all hope Mac Allisters red doesn’t get overturned. I feel Howe needs to stop playing it so safe. Try Tino at left back or Hall if he’s here in time etc. Give Anderson a chance. A lot of Bournemouth fans say he always stayed to loyal to certain players.
Was it about us and getting critical injuries before playing Liverpool? Hearing Joelinton might be about, so we'll have a weakened midfield again for Liverpool. No Willock or big Joe. I suppose Longstaff, Bruno and Tonali isn't that bad.
I'd change a few things. I'd go Trippier at LB and play Livramento, Burn is almost like being a man down. I'd go 4-2-3-1 in Joelinton's absence, with Bruno/Tonali a pivot and then Barnes, Anderson and Gordon along the three behind Isak to get him more support.
I disagree with your take on Burn. He's definitely our weakest defender but I don't think he did that badly last game. He play on the ball was actually relatively decent. I only saw him make a couple of poor runs.
Sure, opinion is good! But to me City actually just ignored him, because he was zero threat. For me, Howe completely missed it and should have addressed it to give City something to think about. He was also at fault for the goal - the gap opened up by Botman due to Burn's awful positioning was insane. He was good for a period, but as starting LB for a team in the CL and with top-4 (or beyond) aspirations?! Nope.
Sooner or later we are going to need a left back who isn't a centre half though, basically, as well as he has done.
People seem to want to reinvent the club because we lost 1-0 away at City. Seriously we defeated Villa 5-1 only a week ago and came 4th over 38 games playing the way they've learned to play. Injuries might see a player change, but other than that get real.
Even Eddie said he was disappointed in us, we were poor, can say that without meaning we are **** overall and will finish 15th, just talking about the game in isolation.
