From the first three games, some things have been fairly startling - how bad Almiron is, how bad Pope is, how bad Bruno has become and how utterly predictable Eddie Howe's 'football by numbers' is.

Almiron wasn’t as bad as people make out to be. On another day he could have had a brace of goals.
Bruno in the first half was fine - a significant improvement on the previous two games.

 

Bruno was fine until Tonali went off. He dropped deeper.
