I'm taking heart from people who still think we can do it, but is that just blind optimism?

There's all sorts of things to factor in with the Karius situation, like he won't be used to how we try and pass it out from the keeper etc, if Man Utd have any sense they will close him down, he either ****s up or he boots it long back to them again, i'm almost more worried about that than him not saving shots etc.

We are right up against it but there is some hope i suppose.

Sorry you’re more worried about Karius with the ball at his feet than Nick ‘doesn’t look like he knows how to kick a football’ pope?

Karius for all his faults, he’s decent with his feet which was one of key criteria when we signed him.

Wasn’t that the reason Klopp wanted him in particular?

Think outsiders of Liverpool think that Karius is a walking talking disaster.

Thought he was good for you lot.

He came with a decent rep in terms of shot stopping and comfortable with his feet. His main issue was that even in the highlight clips on YouTube which show the best bits, a lot of the time he’d make a decent save but would push ball out into middle of the goal rather then out wide.

Obviously had the CL final but could have been slightly concussed from knock on the head. I’m sure if that was last season he’d have been subbed in line with relevant protocols.

Think he just made too many blinders and confidence was gone.

I'm sure he knows what he's doing, it's the no game for 2 years that worries me.

Got absolute faith in the keeper, the issues are all over the park right now.

We have started slipping in goals and we simply do not score enough.

While Man Utd score for fun.
