I prefer day games to be honest, problem with night games is it's nearly time for bed straight after.

You can't beat Saturday 3pm games imo.

Love to know your thoughts on Arteta. Seems a very good manager but gets heated at times and loses his ****.

Seems like he bottles it against the top teams but maybe that’s just the players and the fact that your on a journey.

The manager, like the team, is still rough around the edges. He is as much in development as the team is, and very young and passionate. I guess that doesn't always translate well pitchside. At least with Arsenal at the moment there is finally the sense of progress I never really felt under a manager like Emery or latter-year Wenger. We've had few really poor results this season which have placed our development into context: the team is short of quality in a few areas and needs to really strengthen and toughen up if we're to compete with more established sides. Next season, Arteta's job is going to be squarely under the microscope as he won't have the luxury of saying he is still bedding in. He's had 2 seasons to build the kind of side he wants. There comes a time where you have to stop being a side in transition and start competing at the highest level.

He had some problems to address in Ozil and Auba. I also think Xhaka is a problem because you just can’t trust him.

Defensively you seem organised and going forward is like the old Arsenal at times.

Saka, Nkitea, Martinelli and Smith Rowe look amazing.

You need a couple of world class midfielders and you won’t be to far away.

The issue is, we really do need CL football in order to take this project to the next level. I fear our inconsistency has torpedoed our chances of a top 4 finish this season and that we might have to readjust our sights of who we can and can't sign next season due to not having the funding available. There's still time to achieve our goals, but tonight's game is probably one of the biggest we have had in years (probably bigger than the Sp*rs game, which we could still afford to drop points in).

Thought that might be the case. We don’t have much to play for apart from it being our last home game of the season.

We have players coming back so we might give you a game of it too.

We signed Bruno without champions league football and you will see tonight he is a better player than the rest of ours. So have hope.

Spurs got lucky yesterday mind with that penalty.

Alot of anti Spurs tears and buttache scattered allover this thread <laugh>

Try not to be the **** team you are and let's hope you get some kind of result tonight

Make the Saudi Jamal Park proud of the **** it's watching
