West Ham was a freak occurrence. We were dominating then conceded a poor goal.

There's no doubt that Howe is better though I just think he's a programme elevator and needs to be replaced.
It's not just a Howe it's his entire coaching staff that need to go.

Total BS from him, he was pissed AF when he was sacked and slagging off Howe. He's just trying to salvage some cred and failing.
Steve Bruce is a nice bloke, but he was bullied relentlessly from day 1 from journalists and fans. I think his son had the audacity to stick up for his father and he got it too. When he eventually fought back his assailants pointed saying 'SEE HE'S A ****'.
The fact is he did pretty well for two seasons and in the end it was a complete mess on the pitch, off the pitch and he'd been broken down psychologically.
Howes had the luxury of a wave of positivity around the club and 400 million. He did something special initially but unfortunately things have slowly fallen into mid table mediocrity just now.
It's whether Howe can turn this around though now and everything that's gone on previously is meaningless.
Why ? Everyone that knows him says he's a nice bloke. Criticism is ok but abuse isn't and he did get abuse that's all.
