Man Utd mate of mine reckons that if they lose today ETH gets sacked and apparently they want Howe as a replacement.

Cant see it happening but you never know?

Howe would walk there, but doubt they'll come asking for him.

Young Philogene manages to start for Villa tonight against Bayern in the CL.

We couldn’t muster a single youth player against ****ing Wimbledon yet apparently all I do is whinge incessantly.

you do realise our under 21's were playing last night against Halifax Town and won 2-1

the team was

Team: Harris, Shahar, Hayden (Munda 59), Heffernan, Charlton, McArthur, Al.Harrison (Sanusi 59), Hernes (Huntley 71) Emerson (Donaldson 71), Parkinson (Stanton 80), Turner-Cooke.
Subs n/u: Thompson, Janusz

All I know is that under Eddie Howe we ****ed our chance at the big time, bottled the league last year, have had successively terrible transfer windows and have to sit and watch Villa beat Bayern.

I can also tell you that whilst I’m called a serial ****ing whinger, there are people in Saudi who see things for what they are.

It’s blatantly obvious that Emery was wanted ahead of Howe for a reason. And we need to move on or risk another season of mediocrity and lose at least one of our top players - and, **** me, I do NOT want Howe here for a rebuild if Osula, Barnes, Odysseus, Kelly and so on are the level we aspire to.

Villa are elite
We were saying that about us after our 4-1 thrashing of PSG last year.

A few weeks later we were out, bottom of the group. Current format is actually more interesting, even though still biased towards the big teams, as more chances of one-off upsets.

Villa will go far in this.

Newcastle don't have a squad that was strong enough.

I don't like the new format because the games have less on them at this stage. Less intense.... it's set up so the big clubs can have blip.

I was watching Grand Designs.

Why are people wetting their pants for Villa beating Bayern? Going on about Emery this and that. They got a lucky counter goal from one of their 2 shots on target when Bayern made more mistakes in one passage of play then they are likely to make most games... best I can give them is they did effectively what Wimbledon did Tuesday night, just slightly better and took their little bit of luck.

We BATTERED multi Billion pound PSG 4-1 (with a better atmosphere) and it was like yesterdays news inside 12 hours, no national media touting Howe as a genius etc. Well done to Villa and I'm sure they'll enjoy and rightfully so but it was no more convincing that Lille beating Madrid last night but at least Lille had a bit of a go.

You are a ****ing serial whinger. You whinge about the team, the manager, the transfers, the training, the injuries and my new personal favourite.......the state of the ground, despite you never or very rarely visiting the place or living anywhere near the place, so has literally zero effect on you.
