I think with the destruction of Leicester City we're going to help Everton stay up again.
It's not likely, but it could be the silver lining if we slipped up on Monday night to see the Scouse Mackems go down.

I'd much rather finish third and Everton stay up than finish fourth and have them go down. I just don't really care what other teams are doing unless it directly impacts us, to the degree that it wouldn't even be a silver lining to me.

The Bottom 3 could argue
That Everton have gained from practices which have affected their position in the league
How long do they have to wait before the PL act on their own laws/rules
It never stopped the football League to act swiftly when clubs breached the laws with many clubs demoted
Some clubs have had points deducted while further investigation were ongoing
Derby, Reading, Hartlepool, Darlington,
Wigan, Sheff Wed, Birmingham etc etc

Why does the pussy Preimer League dither

The PL have bottled it and Everton will be looked into by independent panel
Typical slopey shoulders which they can just shrug as say we aren’t holding anything up

Think they will fudge it and give them a fine instead
The reason why they deducted points from the other teans is because they couldn't get money out of them in fines
Remember West Ham got a fine when everyone expected points reduction
