It’s a strange thing the ‘likeable’ test…. I feel the same but for Man City.
I once had a real spot for the ‘dippers, when Peter played for them, but a couple of decades of media-love for them while they won **** all made me feel anti…. and there’s a certain type of Liverpool supporter that seems to believe their club should be loved by everyone in the UK, like some football version of Alan Bennett or the Queen; that’s a sense of entitlement I don’t like. City haven’t given me that impression over the years - they’re more like us; others can ridicule us but we’re tight.
and Klopp, I just think he’s a snarky **** under that smile. And no, I wouldn’t want him managing us.
