Taking a team from 6th (play off position) to 11th (proper mid-table) in just 4 games is a real skill. It requires a level of consistency that West Brom simply didn't have prior to his appointment.

I flipped through about half a score predictor from the Chron. If I was an Everton fan, I’d be ****ting myself. Poor manager, sheeps heart players. Palace also have some tough fixtures.
