Yep it's basically going to be hard to avoid finishing 8th... forgive me but that will be classic Newcastle
Ifs and buts, its in our hands - Brighton look ****e and they have to travel the whole of the country and we're at home. Plus Man U look horrendous atm.

8th is literally the lowest we can finish right now.
With Brighton and Man U being ****, it really isn't that tough.
Chelsea aren’t the same away from home. I reckon we’ll finish 7th. Man U still have Arsenal to play that could be 3 points lost for them for starters. Let’s hope Palace do us a favour tomorrow.
I'm happy with 7th, but 8th is a disaster.
Chelsea are still erratic AF, huge improvement from last year, but still long periods of being ****e.
It would be a shame, but not a disaster..there's an argument that it might make getting in the top 4 again easier next season.
Nah, European football, even in the lesser competitions is a massive factor in getting players to stay and attracting new players. It's huge.
One game a week does aswel... not that bothered 8th is still a good second full season. Guimareas came didn't he and we were 19th.. incidentally he could go whether it's 6th or 8th.
If it's the Euro league or Euro conference, we have a decent chance of winning it, we won't win the CL for a long time. It's a good comp for us to be in.
You will release if they beat Newcastle that they will have a good chance of top 8 aswel.
