Whoever was here years ago, as I'm sure I heard somewhere that the scouts look at players for years before approaching them.

Exactly and then he wasn't good enough to play for us yet according to someone..similar to Hall someone knows better.

Newcastle Women win 2-1 to reach the National League Cup final
in front of 22372 fans at St. James'

Should have been a better score line as the Toon Lasses hit the bar 3 times in the second half

Final to take place at Kenilworth Road which only holds 11,500 spectators

These finals are really dull... every year we're all supposed to be masturbating with surprise when one of these clubs win another cup.

One day we will win something. I hope.

I would never say I don't hope, but deep down I know it's not going to happen. Newcastle had their chances in 74, 76 I think 1999 and 2000, then again last season and that league title collapse.. Newcastle bottled every single chance and failed even when it looked impossible to fail, so I figured it out basically.

The problem is I'm becoming aware that the rules of the game are becoming tighter and tighter, so while the ****house 6 didn't join the super league just yet they have however got even more of a stronghold on domestic football as we know it.

My approach is just to look at each game as an individual event and for clubs like ours that's as far as it will ever go with perhaps the occasional flirt with a bigger hope.

Football is a closed shop and the big 6 will bore the last living years out of the sport for before the super league final happens.
