A team from Manchester wins the league, by a distance. Arsenal will be excellent next year, Man City punishment won't have kicked in and Man U will be even stronger. Chelsea will stabilise. Getting top 4 next year is impossible.
Sunderland will get promoted this season and win the Prem next year, by which time Palace, Everton and Forest will have fat better squads that we can't compete with. Relegation is unavoidable next year.
