Is everyone ready for tonight’s must win match for Mr Steve Bruce.

West Brom play away to Preston and I really REALLY hope they get smashed because if they do he gets his next big payday (sacking).

Oh Bruce your the bloke that just keeps on giving.

Wow look at Preston’s goals scored and conceded this far this season. Might be the most boring side in the world.

It’s Steve Bruce sacking eve chaps. Let’s all celebrate.

I don't wish ill on him, he's probably a decent guy, but he's just not competent enough as a manager/coach in the modern game. He's old school and hasn't moved with the times.

He really should take this as a final payout and quit the game. Spend some time with his family enjoying the millions he must have made by now (on pay-offs alone). He needs to accept he's just not up to it any more.

“Old school” would suggest that he was a good manager at some stage in his managerial career. When?

It doesn't neccessarily mean he's been "good", just old school. But his overall manager stats do show he's won more games than he's lost. But his more recent record has been getting worse. So I guess that means he was previously better, at least in terms of win ratios.

And the sleeves rolled up. Only after they have dusted themselves down though.
On that note, you can understand why Bruce always loses, his players seem to be rolling around in gunge rather than playing football.

"Right, we've rolled we sleeves up and dusted we selves doon and we're ready to gan again"
