Personally I dont like to see clubs resorting to legal measures, however, in this case if it's true, I'll happily make an exception.

Being from Liverpuke is bad enough, but, the manner in which Patrick Viera was disrespected is unforgivable. Fat Frank, can't even bring himself to make a public apology to the guy on behalf of the club.

They haven't even breached the rules it was all addressed.

It's just two clubs trying desperately to get out of bother plus a few sad fans that can't just accept it that Everton defeated their perverse desire to see them relegated.
They have. It’s just a question as to whether it can be proven and whether the PL have the inclination and bottle to take them on.

Nothing will happen to them. There isn't a rule that states if you get a fine, a points deduction, a warning or a transfer embargo. Any decent Legal team would swat it away no problem. It would also take years to get it through arbitration and courts and appeals.

I think it was Neville that said what he can see happening in future is the use of an Escrow systems where clubs with competitive owners who are going to go for big deals will have to place the players entire wages and signing fee for the duration of contract in an escrow account as a form of security for that clubs financial welfare for each deal above and beyond their profit/loss margin.

Sounds canny to me.

**** Neville and FFP its not about being fair or protecting anything other than the big 6.

Get rid entirely

Leeds and Burnley wrote to the league last week regarding Everton's most recent accounts which showed losses of £120.9m for the 2020-21 season.

They have posted losses of £372m over the past three years.

League profitability and sustainability rules allow for losses of £105m over a three-year period.

Everton say that Covid-19 losses over the past two seasons amount to £170m, which can be deducted from their total.

But that figure has caused surprise among some Premier League teams because it dwarfs clubs of a similar size.

Earlier this week, Newcastle posted Covid-19 losses of £40m over the past two seasons, while Aston Villa said theirs amounted to £56m

Nothing will happen other than what the PL did with us. Bury their heads in the sand, kick the can down the road and delay and delay and delay.
I am not so sure. The club that gets relegated will have a legal case.

The points deduction (which it should be for breaking the rules) should apply to this season.

On a side note come on Wycombe.
