Like you say they don't care about the league so they will do whats best for them. Villa have been given another 6 points basically.
The thing is - if Forest are within touching distance, they're going to do everything to beat Chelsea and I think they will. So that leaves Chelsea on 66. Forest probably win today, that's 67 minimum for them, 70 max. Villa 69 looks likely. We look like 69 should be achievable. Arsenal 70-73. City no idea - they were dreadful against So'ton, and have B'mth who will be well up for it and a tricky trip to Fulham - could end up on 66/67 and finish 6th. Chelsea are currently most likely to finish 7th as it stands. And I would be absolutely ecstatic.
Man Utd are arguably the worst team in the league right now. Closely followed by Spurs. Villa couldn't have written a more perfect end to the season.
Newcastle need a win and that should be that. It's possible they get a favour elsewhere, but until then the mission is the same.
They just don't care and if it was us I'd be expecting the toon to do the same thing. It's all about the cup final for them.
It's brilliant. They are literally competing for who can finish lowest. There's probably some dodgy betting going on.
It’s crazy. But the worst part of it is one of them will be in the champions league. Who wins season is saved who loses. Worst season ever and surely the sack for the manager. I actually can’t stand Postecoglu so I’d rather Manu won.
