The bricks make it look like a new set of council houses imo

It's certainly going to be better 52 k brand new.. Better than ours... Ours is big, but it's an old pile of junk compared to the new grounds they're building these days... Some of the new ones are ****e mind...

St James' is lovely imo. I personally like the asthetic of a football stadium having some wear and tear.

I like Anfield for that reason, really feels like a Footie ground.

West Ham have the worst stadium in the league imo. Worse than Goodison.

Yeah it's awful, but everton's plans look good... I hope covid has ruined their plans

I haven't. Like I said the other day, Everton are irrelevant, I don't know what's going on with them

They've got an owner that wants to win things basically..signed Rodriguez that's a huge player to see there
