To be fair, there's not much point in playing in rain and thunder and lightning in a friendly. There's no need to risk any players getting injured in an already paper thin squad!! I'm in Blyth a bit further up the road and its absolutely pissing down!

I know its a rapidly sinking ship and that the king rats are deserting it but I didnt expect the floods just yet. Lol
 
There's a video on the mag board and the pitch was hopeless, absolutely waterlogged from the off.

Pity as Fiorentina are good oppo for a pre-season, the sort we should be up against IMO.
