I'd definitely have Chris Burke here again - he did really well for Brum over the last few seasons.
Also, what's this sudden enthusiasm to get rid of Kimbo? At Championship level he will look real class - as he did in the few months before we got promoted (best player we had for the last ten games).
I'd get rid of Ralls, Kiss, Maynard, Velikonja and Berget.
People tend to forget that at this level Kenwynne Jones could be a real handful for many defenders. Also, he's the only one of his style at the club - always good to have that option, and there is nothing at all wrong with Gunnar lobbing a throw in into the box occasionally: it works - if his shoulder is fully recovered.
