    Suggesting the EPL follow the lead of the League of Ireland is one of the most outlandish claims I've ever heard.

    I don't need to read Wiki to know the state the Irish League is in! Its in a fu*king mess. Clubs are folding all over the place with players left unpaid and owners going bankrupt.

    The issue is about ownership. It's about fans owning the clubs, not about success.

    totally 100% agree. I don't know what the people slagging off Fernandes want from a chairman. Mugs with very short memories.

    TF is blameless, his only error was to give Mark Hughes total control of the players. I have said it before, TF was in a no-win situation. If he had stepped in and vetoed some of the deals there would have been accusations of board interference in the team as in Briatore days.
