If we were in the future to get planning permission further west for a new stadium what would Loftus Road be granted planning permission for and what value might it have bearing in mind present and future development of the local area?

Good question. On the basis of no knowledge at all I would guess that it would have to be used for residential building given that it is surrounded by houses/flats already. With Westfield down the road retail would seem overkill, too close to homes for manufacturing (if only people wanted to invest in this) and without shedloads of parking (and ignoring loads of existing empty space) offices would seem redundant.
Frankly, I don't think its worth very much, access very difficult, not a gentrified area, quite, yet. Such a shame we can't develop on site, but if height restrictions are the limiting factor, this also counts against other kinds of development.
