Completely agree, if TF walks, we're ****ed. He is not to blame for the dross we have in the squad, Mark Hughes is. Harry knows it and I reckon he proved a point to a lot of people with the performance yesterday. We do have some crap players.
TF has been a fantastic chairman for us. He has spent more money than we dared dream might be available. If he's guilty of anything, it might be a little naivety and he's had an expensive lesson in the realities of the Premier League. He - and we - deserve better. I dread what might happen if so many moronic fans start abusing him on Twitter or elsewhere. As others have said, if he left, we'd really be up s**t creek without a paddle. No-one could do more than he has done and I'm sure he's doing everything possible to fix the problem. So lay off!!!
Agree with the comments above. Any Rs fan showing even the slightest disrespect for any of our owners is more of a destructive Rs hole. People don't knowingly chuck good money after bad - and none of us (including Tone and Co) had any reason to think the Hughes appointment could have been anything like as disastrous as it was. If we lose these owners, we lose any hope for our club as we know it. To quote Joni Mitchell, 'don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got till it's gone'. Let's appreciate our assets ffs, come what may. Together we can recover from anything. Fragmented we simply haven't a hope.
Exactly and it is down to people like DT standing by MH for too long that cost us. He should have been out in time for Southampton and reading games. I have never criticised TF and those that do are morons BUT if you really think he will leave if relegated because of the stick he has got on Twitter then you need to think that through logically. He and his fellow investors would only leave because of the financial effect relegation will have and how much more investment would need to be gambled to get us back to the level that would keep them interested. Relegation and not a bit of abuse from attention seeking pratts on twitter will define this clubs future. And if we are relegated the responsibility lies with MH and his reign of error was prolonged by the head in the sand gang most of which realised when possibly too much damage was already done that H.I.C.C
You've been consistently against TF for months, as is your right. So who do you want instead, Mittal, who has almost zero interest in our club except to keep his son in law busy? Owners don't step down, they sell. He needs a buyer. He is the best thing to have happened to our club for decades.
Totally agree with all the posts supporting TF and i think those muppets who tweet him crap need to go and support Chelsea. Also TF is a businessman and should not use twitter the way he does and He does bring some this on himself by entertaining these muppets. What is a concern for me is that he may have got 20-50 bad tweets and then says he could walk if he fails? Ok lets get this straight! TF is a media whore and loves the attention so i would take those comments with a pinch. Finally I am QPR through and through like my Dad my son my family my friends. Like them we all like TF and believe he is great for the club, however if he really is that committed and loves QPR like he says then he should really not tweet comments like he has especially when we need all hands on deck to stay up. Look at all the tweeting /posts/threads that have started because of it. If he really is QPR he needs act like the head of the club and stayed focused. He needs to forget about tweeting and concentrate on helping us through this period.
Can't believe some idiots want TF out! If we go down, does that mean he's failed? If he goes we'll be playing football in the Conference before anyone can blink!
I assume you must suffer from dyslexia and missed the next sentence that explained my statement: TF didnt want to sack Hughes and as is the commmon view he backed him for too long. Fan pressue was needed to help force TF to make the right decision. Sadly it took until the Southampton ground for the penny to drop and it was the crowd pressure in that game that ultimately sealed Hughes fate and forced TF to make a decison he was reluctant to make. Initally posters on here and in the crowd at Loftus Road were told that we weren't true fans for not backing that Welsh moron but actually those who make these statements were helping to keep Hughes in a job and make things harder for us the longer he stayed in charge. I believe that a large portion of the the blame for our current difficulies les with the fans who backed Hughes for too long. If they had realised that those who wanted Hughes out were in the right all along, in particular post West Ham home game then we wouldnt be in this mess now. Talk of TF leaving being influenced by plonkers on Twitter is a load of rubbish and an easy excuse for him. The financial reasons related to releagtion mentioned in my last post is the real issue. And relegation would be because Hughes reign left us too much to do. If we sacked HR pre Reading and Southampton games we would have more points in the bag and Arry, Beard and TF would have been having a far easier job in this transfer window. If crowd pressure against Hughes and not taken so long to build then there is a chance we wouldnt be in the same mess that we are now.

I don't want him to leave the club, I just want someone else to run it, a proper football person. As an owner he's great but he doesn't know his limitations, he needs someone with the knowledge and experience to steer the ship. I think we could be going through many years of heartache just waiting for him to learn the ropes. He can be on the board and still splash the cash but step down as chairman. Just trying to look at this without the emotion.
