I'd guess at: Cam will be rested. He played 90 minutes on Saturday because he was marking Adomah. That's McLean coming into the side, Cam possibly rested completely. Oli unless he picked up a late injury ruling him out of the game on Saturday I can see coming in for Evans, with Evans dropping to the bench.
