Abdoulaye Faye
Nicky Law
Daniel De Ridder
Gianni Zuiverloon
Andy Reid

Not sure on these, anybody think any of them are worth a punt?
 
I mentioned Zuiverloon a while back, he would be good. Can't say I know much about Law other than he is young and pretty highly rated - more likely to be given a trial than a straight offer. De Ridder would also be decent, I remember seeing him play in the Dutch U21 team when they had that mega penalty shootout with England U21s.
 
There's a story on Sky Sports that a League 2 club have had a bid accepted for Law, and a League 1 club were interested but failed to meet Rotherham's asking price. No mention of Championship interest.
 
Just read some comments on twitter myself. The tweet from John Meehan, the HDM editor only seems to mentions the freebies that could do a job for us. Only seems to be speculation though. Who tweeted about these players?
 
HDM editor tweeted about a 'list of freebies' that'd be good for city. That Kisser mag tweeted summat about 'be interesting to see the names, wonder if they include our suggestions of...(list of players mentioned in the OP)'
