Whatever the attendance it would have been 4000 higher if it kicked off at 3pm. Early kick off is ridiculous and the HDM backing up the OB decision by printing a negative reminder of what happened 8 years ago is disgusting and has ruined what should have been a great Yorkshire derby.
Absolutely, it's a pointless change that's worked to the detriment of the fixture. Completely unnecessary.
That's a poor attendance for a promotion rival where's the other 15,000 when you were in the PL?! Cardiff will be getting 24,000 and that's with the Posh only bringing 200 to us!!! Fingers crossed tomorrow for a draw
The other 15000 in the PL - WTF - our attendances are down 15% yes(for reasons that are well documented on this site) but we've had little or no away support this season at the KC or played a local rival- as for being in the PL at least we have been there unlike some.. Let's see if you bottle it again..
I would have had this nailed down as a certain 20,000 + gate. But with news that Udders fans have only bought 800 tickets by thursday who knows. Maybe if more home fans can get to the game it can still be 20,000+ At least those saturday shoppers can go to the game now and then go shopping afterwards. Maybe take the wife for a change ? It should still be the largest home gate of the season so far mind.
