been hearing his name thrown around there recently apparently a £4,000,000 bid has been made

I heard Liverpool have also made a bid. They were certainly interested in January, apparently would have already signed him if the chairman had picked up the phone.

We've been interested for some time but he'll go to Liverpool imo.

i dont think he'll go to liverpool purely out of embarrassment that LFC would get having to pay a vast amount of money to get a player they sold for peanuts......<ok>

i dont think he'd come here, personally i think he's a good player, but very cocky, and i'd guess they'd want an inflated fee to reflect the fact he is english, not for me thanks.....<ok>

Nor for me - for £4 million you could get a good player.

At £4M he'd be a snip - any Prem club who had that sort of bid accepted would have a bargain.

He's a far better prospect than Zaha. His close control is sublime and beats his man with skill not flash stepovers. Zaha will have a rude awakening in the Prem.

If Zaha was worth £15M (and I don't believe he is), Ince is worth far more than £4M in today's TV dosh handout Premier League market.

as if they'd sell for £4m, they probably have some pie in the sky figure more like £14m in mind, and there will be teams that will be willing to pay that sort of money based on potential, and the fact that he's english. we need value for money.

zaha is overhyped too <ok>

to be fair to Ince, he'll be a star playing on a good surface. He looks good playing on that beach near the beach.

Did you watch the playoffs Spark? Zaha has the potential to be as good as he wants to be. If he puts his head down and works hard at utd he could be one of the stars of the PL in 2 a couple of seasons IMO

Ince will cost more than 4mill and it's a different setup at LFC now so the 'embarressment' of buying him back is reduced. They're also quids in front of everyone else as they get about 25% of the sell on fee.

Stevo - yeah, I saw him. He was up against Cassetti and ran him ragged, but he'll meet far better than him in the Prem.

For all his much vaunted "potential", Zaha is flawed - I don't think he'll make it. Just an opinion of course. <ok>

I think Ince is a better long term prospect that Zaha but will prob go for £4M+ so I cant see him coming to either you or the Swans - my money is on Liverpool. But its a funny old game :)
