Is it true Hunter tried and failed on two occasions to buy Rangers but Murray blocked it a few years ago?

Is it also true that Jim McColl was involved in one of the take over bids?

These two men are the richest men in Scotland (I think, could be wrong)

You would think we would of heard from these two by now?
