Gary Johnson was a manager who was taking us down.

Mcinnes has only kept us up so far....

GJ got us the the brink of the premiership, Delboy and our board are taking us to league 1 simple equation.
Please board do not moan about the debt, this will be a drop in the ocean,if we do get relagated.

Yes we need a decent RCB. What confidence do I have that McInnes will find one - very little.
He has brought in a shed load of new CBs in his time here and none have impressed - apart from Bikey.
We didn't sign him (allegedly) due to his wage demands but have surely wasted far more wages on
the useless army of preferred CBs that Del HAS signed. All of whom have proven incapable of solving
our defensive shambles. He insists on playing Fontaine every week which no fan I know can understand.
So what hope do I have that Del will turn all this round in JAN? Based on his record so far, not
some blind faith and hope that he is the next Sir Alex who will turn it all round having almost
been sacked - NONE my friends!

We have been dicing with death for 4 years now.
Under GJ, Millen and now McDel, we have flirted with relegation without addressing the biggest aspect of the problem - our inability to stop other teams scoring against us at will.
The centre of our team stinks, and has since we made the play-offs.
Cisse made us look good for a while, but the center of our defence was still left to rot some more.

I dont care who the manager is as long as he builds our team from the back, like all good teams are.
You cannot build a house on quicksand.
We need twin centre backs who are decent footballers, and a defensive midfield destroyer (Cisse if he will come back), and we need to invest some proper cash in them. Interesting that Bikey, Cisse and the summer collection of 2012 all turned us down over money, yet we are never shy of spending out on wingers and forwards.

You could have Messi, Ronaldo and Aguero playing in a losing team with our defence

As they are locking up the doors of Ashton Gate some joker will come along and say it would not have happened if they had listened to us and got that long awaited mid-field general. Hasn't happened and based on the total lack of common sense it never will, and the same applies to the hiring of managers.

    Total ineptitude rules the day.
