Would be one of the greatest 'rises' in modern football history and well-deserved. Way back in the late 60s I used to be a regular at Wimbledon speedway which was in the old greyhound stadium soon to be redeveloped into their new ground, I often watched the Wimbledon FC of the 60s supported by one of my first girlfriends when they played in the old Southern League which was the equivalent of the National League way before their famous cup runs. The icing on the cake would be them passing MK Dons heading in the opposite direction...
I'll be shouting for Argyle as I got family down here.

I'll be supporting Wimbledon too. They're the local club to me ( 5 miles ) and my daughter trains at Kingsmeadow stadium. I've got a feeling that Plymouth will win it though.

Plymouth will start as favourites but Wimbledon have the 'Beast', Ade Akinfenwa, no-one will fancy facing him in the last 20 minutes...

2-0 The Beast finishes them off...

'It would not be in the wider interests of football for Wimbledon to form another club', so said the Football League in 2002. What do they know about real football?...

Won a couple of corporate tickets through Skybet today. Plymouth were awful throughout but both sets of fans superb. Really nice after the game that fans could mix without any issues.

Two Wimbledon players stood out. Taylor who got the first had a poor game by his standards but took his goal exquisitely. Great pace and tricks whenever I've seen him before. The one who really impressed me was Reeves, a tiny midfielder. Always open for a pass, very hardworking, very neat. He won't get any plaudits but from my seat he looked to have bossed the game.

McCormick is a ****er
