Can't get very steamed up for Poland v Greece can see it being a dull draw. The Ruissia game looks more attractivve though. I think Russia are in with a real shout of going all the way and should start of with a win against the Czechs.

Don't be a gimp Mr Lamb the Polski's will tear apart Greece in the first game followed by a Russia hard fought victory over the Chz Rep I have a £50 double on.

Poland 1/1
Russia 1/1

£200 return will start me off nicely :)

Hi SFA! I am on Riussia tonight but fancy a goaless draw at half time in the Poland game. Had a bit at 11/8. On Russia outright with Victor who will kindly give me my money back should Spain win outright.

Hello mate hope your well?

I like the offer of money back should Spain win!

Regarding the outright winner I haven't had a bet yet I am going to wait until the whole first round of games are completed before making a choice.

I considered doing Germany and France and Poland post Championship but I feel like I need to see a few teams first.

All well thanks. Yes the first few games may help but often these group games are very cagey and goals are at a premium.

I expect Poland and Russia to win. They have good form going into the games.

I'll go for Poland 1 Greece 0

Russia 3 Czech Republic 1

Today is just the warm up act for the Group B madness tomorrow. At least England get their campaign underway with Howard Webb in the middle for Russia v Czech Rep. I think he is England's only realistic hope of getting to the final. Whoever had the great idea that Poland and Ukraine should be top seeds needs to have a word with themselves. Two draws today, I am afraid.
