Well done to the Lionesses,only saw the penalties in real time as was at Latitude.I'll catch up with the highlights later,looks like they put us through the grinder again!

Great result, high drama in the pens and manager Wiegman sure knows her players. Especially pleased for all the up & coming girl players, terrific role models.

It’s only one game mate but we were very impressive. All 3 goal scorers were here last season and the new players looked a level above what we’ve had here in recent years.

We’ve got a good run of fixtures to start. Hoping we can capitalise on it and have a fairly comfortable season.
 
I think 3 of the promoted teams have a chance this year as there are a few established PL teams who looked to have weakened over the summer
 
Hope Chappers shines for Pompey down the road from me against Saints. Historic bitter rivalry, almost as big as our Canary turnip heads!

A draw will suit us.
