In a pub down in Workington, Chumps League on the TV. Liverpool beaten, and Spuds getting spudded in Madrid, 3-0 after 15 mins. Keeper getting subbed <laugh> <laugh> <laugh>
Always feel for keepers when they stuff up. If a player stuffs up, its called the 'team' stuffing up but if a keeper stuffs up, he's all by himself.

Was also very impressed with a young goalkeeper on loan from Chelsea, Ted Curd. Only 20, England youth international, made a few very good saves and dealt with some handy crosses (including from Aaron Drewe), 6’3”. Would imagine they’ll be looking to loan him out again at a higher level.

There’s a lot of wannabe hooligans/general feral youths in non-league now. Cheap to get in, just something to do when you’re from a bumpkin town. Worthing has become a much younger place as people have been priced out of Brighton/Hove. Imagine most of them support Brighton or a big club really so had something better to do.

F*ck that, the Worthing Ultras? Lock up your disability scooters...

Nice of Saints to get that late equalizer against West Brom. Too bad the Chicken Chokers couldn't oblige with Oxford. We're sinking down there into the Slough of Despond.

It's on normal digital tv, channel 9 for us up here - BBC Alba for Gaelic viewers is on 8. Not sure what channel it would be down south, but I have watched it when I've been down visiting friends or family. You can definately stream it via iPlayer

Saints stuff Fat Frank's Sky Blues, Boro slip up dropping two points in the 96th minute against Bristol City and Oxford also drop points to a 93rd minute Kelman penalty v Charlton. The usual tombola of Championship results...

Spurs is now must-watch every time. It’s like the old days where you absolutely had to clear your Sunday evening at 7pm because the next episode of the series you’re hooked on is showing and you need to find out who the killer is.

Much as I actually am quite fond of Spurs and loathe Chelsea, there’s a possibility they go down at Stamford Bridge. It would be a generational event.
