I feel sorry for Rodgers. Something odd happened at that club over the summer - let a lot of experienced and good players go, with zero replacements, and Vardy isn't getting any younger. Also seems inevitable that Maddison will go when a big bid comes in. I had them down to be relegated in a prediction league with mates because it all seemed so odd.
It’s definitely not what Rodger’s thought he signed up for that’s for sure. To be fair he doesn’t seem to be having a sulk about it, so you can only guess they have kept him in the loop as to why they have been making the wacky decisions. Looks like a real slippery slope for them at the moment.
