That was a good display from the Gunners. I know it was only Sunderland ( I say only Sunderland because of the division they're in, ) but Arsenal fielded a relatively young team and some of them looked really good and a lot of them are English. Nketiah and Patino look like good prospects. Patino looks like a replica of Phil Foden.

Yep.
Always had a firm, but quite irrational dislike for Arsenal.
However, this Arsenal side is looking increasingly entertaining.
As you say, they have many talented youngsters coming through with some very good English players among them.

So what will be the game to watch tonight?

Brentford Reserves v Chelsea Youth/Reserves
Spurs Reserves v West Ham Reserves
Leicester First X1 v Liverpool Reserves

Any suggestions?
 
Liverpool/Leicester is a good game........ still 3-1 Leicester but chances at both ends
 
The Leicester lad Dewsbury-Hall looks a decent player, wasn't he on loan at Peterborough last season? Made the step up wherever he was........
 
Just announced that the Winter break up here for SPFL has been bought forward because of Omicron and starts after Boxing Day games - so no New Years Old Firm, Edinburgh or Dundee derbies....and the Boxing Day games will only have crowds of 500.

How long til we start playing games behind closed doors down south again?

It’ll probably be snuck out on Christmas Evening at about 9pm to punish the plebs as much as possible.

I can't wait to see us play again, it was Derby away 2019 I think, yes just checked, 22nd April 2019. What a magical few days that was, a pie pint and a scotch egg, watching us lose at home to Blackburn Rovers and away to FLDC

I'm optimistically targeting Easter and a home thashing of anyone
