If the club and the player are both happy then who cares? A bit like Adomah for us earlier in the season in a way. For lots of players it really is just a job and that’s ok as long as they give their all.

Wellington Phoenix have been put to the sword by a slick Newcastle Jets side in the A-League Men after producing their worst defensive performance in years.

Georgian striker Beka Mikeltadze scored twice to give the Jets an emphatic 4-0 win over the Phoenix at McDonald Jones Stadium on Friday, and their first under new coach Arthur Papas.

The four-goal defeat was the heaviest of Phoenix coach Ufuk Talay’s tenure, surpassing a 3-0 loss against the same opposition in the final game of the 2019-20 regular season.

Watford looked awful, lacked ambition and look likely to be relegated in May....... At times in the 2nd half they were playing 8-0-2 formation.......
 
Coventry seem to be having one of those days........18 attempts on goal, 10 on target and losing 1-0 with 5 minutes to go
